Research and CRO at Mydays

At Mydays, one of my responsibilities was to improve the overall conversion rate of the mobile and desktop e-commerce website. My main goal was to improve the overall user experience and create a more enjoyable shopping experience for the customers.

  • Quantitative and qualitative user and UX research
  • Continuous analysis of all relevant KPIs with Google Analytics and Webtrekk
  • Conducting A/B and multivariate tests with Optimizely
  • Documentation and interpretation of test results and derivation of recommendations for action
  • Implementation of prototypes for further testing of relevant UX improvements
